Kathy Burch – Managing Director of the Accounting Firm, CPA & Attorney
Kathy Burch is the managing director of 
Horizon Certified Public Accountants & Consultants, PLC. She is a certified public accountant and an attorney. Kathy graduated with honors from East Central University in Ada, OK in 1994 with a degree in accounting. In 1994 she also became a licensed Certified Public Account. She earned her Master of Taxation degree in 2000 and her Juris Doctorate degree in 2008 from The University of Tulsa.
Kathy is a member of the State Bar of Oklahoma and the Section of Business Law of the American Bar Association. Kathy specializes in Accounting, Taxation, Tax Law and Business Law.
Kathy has dedicated her life’s work to assist individuals, families and business owners with their accounting, tax and legal needs. When Kathy is not working, she enjoys skiing, golfing, traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Todd Hudgins – Managing Director of the Law Firm, Attorney & CPA
Todd Hudgins is the managing director of 
Horizon Attorneys & Counselors at Law, PLC. He is an attorney and a certified public accountant, licensed in both Oklahoma and Texas. Todd graduated summa cum laude from Oklahoma State University with a degree in accounting. He received his Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law and his Masters degree in Taxation from the University of Tulsa College of Business. Todd also earned a Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University College of Law.
Todd has worked with individuals, families and business owners for the last eighteen years to help them develop and implement plans to protect and transfer their assets, minimize their tax liabilities, and form, operate, grown and transfer their businesses. Todd has worked for large law, tax and accounting firms, but he formed Horizon to provide a more personalized experience for clients who recognize and value building a relationship with a trusted advisor who can proactively address their legal, tax, and estate planning issues faced by their businesses and them individually.
Todd is a member of the State Bars of both Oklahoma and Texas. Todd is also a member of Wealth Counsel LLC, which is a national network of estate planning attorneys. In his free time, he spends time with his family and plays golf.

Erik Clark – CPA, Tax Manager
Erik, a graduate of the University of North
Texas in Denton, Texas is a licensed certified public accountant in both Oklahom and Texas. He has been with Horizon since June 2009, but has been practicing public accounting since 1997. Erik is involved with business clients in various industries including construction, manufacturing, real estate, and service. Erik also has experience in multi-state taxation issues for both businesses and individuals, and has been a contributing author to The Tax Adviser magazine.Erik regularly participates in the KJRH-TV phone bank to provide pro bono consultation to the public regarding tax matters.
Erik’s time away from Horizon is spent with his wife, Lori, and their three children. He enjoys attending his children’s sporting events and coaching little league baseball. Erik is also active in his church, where he and his wife volunteer as Sunday School teachers. Erik grew up in the Waco, Texas area, and loves to root for Baylor University.

Christine Stunkart – Accounting Manager
Chris is a graduate of the University of
Minnesota Duluth School of Business and Economics, where she received her Bachelor’s of Accounting. She also earned Associate’s degrees in Marketing and Business Administration from Duluth Business University. Her education and eight year of public accounting experience complement the fifteen years of customer service experience she gained while working in the Arizona and Massachusetts resort industries as an accountant and tennis instructor.Chris moved to Oklahoma in 2007 and enjoys playing tennis, needle work, gardening, reading, travel and walking. She is currently a CPA candidate working toward completion of the CPA exam. Once certified, she plans to pursue the credential of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and a Masters degree in taxation. Chris’ motto is: “Work hard to reap the benefits of life, love deeply and care for others in the hope it will be returned, give of yourself freely and think first of others rather than yourself.”

Toni Boyer – Accountant
Toni Boyer began her bachelor’s degree
in accounting at Pennsylvania State University before moving to Tulsa, Oklahoma in June 2007 and completing her degree at Northeastern State University in Broken Arrow. She continued her education at Northeastern State University and graduated with her Masters degree in Accounting and Financial Analysis in May 2011. She is currently studying for her CPA exam and upon completion of the licensing, plans on pursuing a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Tulsa.She is a member of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs, Tulsa Chapter. She is also an active member in Epsilon Sigma Alpha, Omega Pi chapter, a nonprofit service organization that provides fundraising activity support to organizations such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
As an accountant, Toni’s devotion is to tax preparation and planning. She also provides support for monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual accounting clients.

Amber Doenges – Accountant
Amber Doenges joined Horizon in 2011.
She has been working in the accounting field for more than 5 years and is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor with Advanced Certification. She has attended Tulsa Community College in pursuit of an Accounting Degree. Amber specializes in bank reconciliations, payroll issues, compiling accounting records and sales tax, use tax and payroll tax filings. She also assists clients with their various QuickBooks needs.Amber has four children. She enjoys reading mysteries and watching her children in their various activities. She resides in Tulsa, OK.
