Lisa Reed – Office Manager
Lisa M. Reed graduated from Northeastern
State University with a Bachelors of Science in English in 2007. She began her position as Office Manager for Horizon Attorneys & Counselors at Law and Horizon Certified Public Accountants & Consultants in 2008. She is an integral part of both firms, as she manages human resource matters, billing and customer relationships.Lisa is a member of Sigma Tau Delta and is a certified reading tutor through the Tulsa City-County Library system. She has always had a calling for assisting in the fight to feed the hungry and started Horizon’s first annual food drive in 2010. Please contact Lisa if you would like to participate in upcoming food drives.

Elizabeth Caba – Paralegal
Elizabeth Caba is a Paralegal at Horizon
Attorneys & Counselors at Law PLC and the Executive Assistant to Managing Director and attorney Todd Hudgins. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of Tulsa and is member of the Tulsa Area Paralegals Association. Elizabeth joined Horizon in October of 2007. As Paralegal for the firm, Elizabeth assists attorneys in preparing for meetings and legal projects by drafting various legal documents. As Executive Assistant to Todd Hudgins her responsibilities include taking phone calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing meeting reports, supervising other support staff and maintaining good customer relations.
Her passions include spending time with family, listening to music, running, and reading. -
Britany Kaiser – Funding and Special Projects Coordinator
Britany Kaiser graduated from Oklahoma
State University in May of 2010 where she earned her degree in Management with a focus in Human Resources focus a minor in International Business.Britany joined Horizon as a full-time employee in November of 2011. As Funding Coordinator she works with our estate planning clients to facilitate the safe and timely transfer of their assets to the trusts drafted by Horizon attorneys. Aside from her funding duties, she coordinates and manages legal membership programs for the firm, such as the Corporate Achievement Program and the Estate Planning Updating Program.
In her free time, Britany enjoys outdoor activities outdoors, running and reading.

Adriana Rey – Strategic Assistant to Kathy Burch
Adriana Rey began her career at Horizon
as Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in 2009. In 2010, she was promoted to act as Strategic Assistant to managing director Kathy Burch and Administrative Assistant to Horizon Certified Public Accounts & Consultants, PLC. Adriana performs her duties with the utmost competence due in part to her 5 years of experience in legal and administrative services. Additionally, she is bilingual in Spanish.Adriana has a deep love and dedication to her growing family. She prepares sit down dinners for her family almost every night. Furthermore, she shares her love of baking with the firm by providing signature treats throughout the year and during the holiday season.

Melissa Morris – Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Melissa Morris has been the Receptionist
and Administrative Assistant for Horizon Attorneys & Counselors at Law, PLC and Horizon Certified Public Accountants & Consultants, PLC since April 2010. She is an appreciated team member of both firms as she is responsible for directing phone calls, welcoming clients, processing and mailing all office correspondence and providing top quality administrative assistance.Melissa is a Memorial High School graduate who enjoys camping, water skiing, roller coasters and having fun with her son and friends.
