Todd Hudgins is a managing director of Horizon Attorneys and Counselors at Law PLC. He is an attorney (licensed in Oklahoma and Texas) and a certified public accountant. Todd graduated summa cum laude from Oklahoma State University with a degree in accounting. He graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law and received his Masters degree in taxation from the University of Tulsa College of Business and his Masters of Law (LL.M.) in taxation from New York University College of Law. Todd is a member of the State Bars of both Oklahoma and Texas. Todd is also a member of Wealth Counsel LLC (a national network of estate planning attorneys).

Todd has worked with individuals, families and business owners for the last fifteen years to help them develop and implement plans to protect and transfer their assets, minimize their tax liabilities, and form, operate, grown and transfer their businesses. Todd has worked for large law, tax and accounting firms and he formed Horizon to provide a different experience for clients who recognize and value a relationship with a trusted advisor to proactively address business related legal, tax, and estate planning issues faced by them and their businesses.
