Kathy Burch a managing director of Horizon Attorneys and Counselors at Law PLC. She is an attorney and a certified public accountant. Kathy graduated with honors from East Central University in Ada, OK in 1994 with a degree in accounting. She earned both her Master of Taxation degree and her Juris Doctorate degree from The University of Tulsa.
